A 50% deposit is required to lock in most appointment slots. The website now captures the booking request first, then the studio confirms the slot and shares the deposit step directly with the client.

Once your online booking is submitted, the studio reviews it and confirms the appointment. If any follow-up is needed, we'll contact you directly. WhatsApp remains available for support, but it is no longer required just to complete a booking request.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking is fully cancelled, 50% of your deposit will be deducted as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the full deposit.

You may reschedule your appointment at no extra charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. To reschedule, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service to stay within the allotted time slot. Please contact us if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate you.
